An Update on Store Openings
An update for our customers
As you will have seen the government has announced that non-essential stores in England can begin to re-open from the 15th June providing they’re Covid-19 secure. We will monitor any updates from the U.K government over the next few weeks.
Our stores in Cardiff and Glasgow will remain closed until an update is provided by the Welsh and Scottish governments.
Before we re-open to our customers a great deal of work is being undertaken to ensure we are compliant with the COVID-19 guidelines. You can see a full breakdown of these guidelines here.

When will your stores reopen?
Our Birmingham, London and Manchester stores are working towards a 15th June reopening. Work is currently being undertaken to ensure we're Covid-19 secure at each premises. To keep our customers and staff safe we will be limiting the number of customers in our stores. You will be required to book an appointment before you visit.
The Cardiff and Glasgow stores will remain closed until further information is provided by the respective governments.
Can I book an appointment?
Appointments will be mandatory for the foreseeable future, you can book an appointment by clicking here.
Please do not arrive at our stores without a pre-arranged appointment. We may not be able to fit you in that day and would want to avoid any disappointment.
What changes are you making in store?
As well as being appointment only our stores will be restructured to achieve social distancing guidelines. You will be greeted by a member of our team on arrival who will talk you through the changes and guide you to our sanitiser stations.
Each appointment will receive an email in advance explaining the changes.
I have an order placed with you, when will I receive it?
Production has begun on any orders currently placed and we're working through delayed orders as quick as possible. Due to the current social distancing guidelines some delivery times may over run.

I ordered a stock item, when will I receive it?
Our stock items will dispatched in 4-5 working days.
With our stock being located across the U.K there maybe alterations to delivery time. We are working through these to ensure they're all out as soon as possible.
I need to return an item, how do I do this?
We will be accepting returns on Wednesdays and Thursdays each week. Please ensure you inform us via [email protected] before sending and be sure you post your item on Tuesdays or Wednesdays so we can receive your parcels.
Refunds and cancellations
If you have returned an item to us this will need to be processed by us. We are endeavouring to have this done in 7-10 working days.
