This insurance is optional and will meet the demands and needs of a UK resident requiring insurance for jewellery or watches in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man plus up to 30 consecutive days elsewhere in the world any one trip.
The insurance is administered by T H March & Co. Limited, Hare Park House, Yelverton Business Park, Yelverton, Devon, PL20 7LS, and they are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This may be checked on the Financial Services Register on the FCA’s website.
In the unlikely event that you may wish to make a complaint, this should be directed to T H March. The complaints procedure is detailed in your insurance documentation.
It is important you read the certificate as this details the terms, conditions and any restrictions in cover.
The insurance value is higher than our selling price and is the estimated replacement cost if our Diamond Heaven discount were no longer available at the time of a claim.

Important notice: Whilst many home insurance policies may cover certain pieces of jewellery or watches we would advise all customers to check their policies closely. Certain household policies have restrictions on watch and jewellery cover, and may include limitations such as, no accidental damage cover, no cover outside of the home or cover for holidays abroad. They may also restrict your choice of jeweller for repair or replacement. In the event of a household insurance claim, you may be expected to pay an policy excess and any claims made may affect your future premiums.

A charity close to our heart is the Birmingham Children's Hospital. Our branches teamed up to put on their Jolly Jumpers and festive wear for Christmas 2022.
We were honoured to be a part of The Greater Manchester Cash For Kids Charity Dinner on 17th Sept 2022, we donated a stunning Diamond Pendant to be the finale item of their evening raffle.
1 in 3 children are living in poverty in the U.K across our many of our cities and local communities from Cash For Kids 2022 stats. These children are not expecting to receive a present at Christmas.
We continue to take part each September for Macmillan's coffee mornings. We’re pleased to announce we raised £266.31 for Macmillan Cancer Support last Sept 2022.
A charity close to our heart is the Birmingham Children's Hospital. Our branches teamed up to put on their Jolly Jumpers and festive wear for Christmas 2022.
Staff, suppliers and customers all got involved making donations all weekend for this wonderful charity that really makes a difference.
We plan to work closer with Birmingham children's Hospital and help make Christmas magical every year for Birmingham Children's Hospital.

CASH FOR KIDS

The evening raised a whopping £40,221, beating their original target of £25,000! A big thank you to everyone that attended and congratulations to our winner!

MISSON CHRISTMAS - CASH FOR KIDS
1 in 3 children are living in poverty in the U.K across our many of our cities and local communities from Cash For Kids 2022 stats. These children are not expecting to receive a present at Christmas. Which is why We were proud to get involved with last years Mission Christmas.
We covered our Shop floor Christmas trees with Present suggestions recommended by Cash For Kids and the price for our customers, staff and suppliers to choose from and donate, many kept the Christmas tree tags to put on their trees at home too.
We raised £320 towards Mission Christmas and hope to go bigger and bolder next year with the aim that every child wakes up to a present on Christmas.

MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT
We continue to take part each September for Macmillan's coffee mornings. We’re pleased to announce we raised £266.31 for Macmillan Cancer Support last Sept 2022.
Our stores all went bigger and bolder working with local independent coffee shops selling their cakes and encouraging our customers to shop local. Please pop into one of our stores and enjoy a sweet treat to help raise money for a worthy cause next September.

ROY CASTLE LUNG FOUNDATION
We have worked with The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation for many years, For 2023 they were able to have their first Awards ceremony to celebrate the Foundations success and hear stories about the latest curative treatments that are helping people living with Lung Cancer.
We were proud to donate a fabulous Diamond & Garnet pendant for their Star Awards Evening and it raised a whooping £2,040 for The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.
The Roy Castle Foundation support everyone affected by lung cancer – from diagnosis, through treatment, living with the disease and end of life care. Raising awareness, prevent future generations from getting it and challenge the misconceptions of lung cancer. With the aim that those diagnosed can live well with lung cancer for as long as possible.

GEM APPEAL
We attended The 2022 Denise Welch Enchanted Wonderland Charity Ball raising money and awareness for The Gem Appeal Charity.
Raising money to fund research and equipment for the Wilink Unit at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital. They work with children and young adults diagnosed with rare life threatening genetic and metabolic disorders and are making ground breaking progress.
We are proud to have attended and raised £1,100.00 for this amazing cause. This allows them to take huge steps forward to treating and eventually curing genetic diseases in children.

HeartSafe
We have worked with HeartSafe for many years now, helping to raise funds to have life-saving defibrillators made and fitted in local shopping areas, and Community centres. We also want to raise awareness for how important it is to know where your nearest defibrillators are and how to use them, it can save someone’s life one day.
We have donated some stunning diamond jewellery pieces to their raffles and have our own fun moment during their charity dinner evenings called ‘The Diamond Raffle’ We not only attend these evenings but we get up and get involved on the evening helping sell raffle tickets and encouraging the crowd to raise as much as possible for this life saving equipment.
