This insurance is optional and will meet the demands and needs of a UK resident requiring insurance for jewellery or watches in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man plus up to 30 consecutive days elsewhere in the world any one trip.

The insurance is administered by T H March & Co. Limited, Hare Park House, Yelverton Business Park, Yelverton, Devon, PL20 7LS, and they are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This may be checked on the Financial Services Register on the FCA’s website.

In the unlikely event that you may wish to make a complaint, this should be directed to T H March. The complaints procedure is detailed in your insurance documentation.

It is important you read the certificate as this details the terms, conditions and any restrictions in cover.

The insurance value is higher than our selling price and is the estimated replacement cost if our Diamond Heaven discount were no longer available at the time of a claim.

Please be aware:
  • This insurance is for UK residents only
  • There is no cover for wear and tear
  • There is no cover for items left in unattended baggage or in an unattended vehicle
  • There is no cover for any free gifts or accessories that may have come with the purchase
  • There is a 14-day cooling off period
  • This insurance is NOT renewable after the initial term

Important notice: Whilst many home insurance policies may cover certain pieces of jewellery or watches we would advise all customers to check their policies closely. Certain household policies have restrictions on watch and jewellery cover, and may include limitations such as, no accidental damage cover, no cover outside of the home or cover for holidays abroad. They may also restrict your choice of jeweller for repair or replacement. In the event of a household insurance claim, you may be expected to pay an policy excess and any claims made may affect your future premiums.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY

Once you have placed your order at Diamond Heaven, our workshop will begin creating your diamond jewellery, making your dream become a reality. Each item is hand made to your specifications and as individual as you.

HOW MUCH DOES UK DELIVERY COST?

Diamond Heaven are pleased to offer all our U.K based customers free delivery on all jewellery purchases. We ship our jewellery via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. Your item is fully insured whilst in transit and must be signed for upon delivery, please ensure that yourself or someone trusted can be present and sign for the item. Should you not be at the address at the time of delivery, then the package will go to your local sorting depot. A calling card will be left for you.

HOW MUCH IS INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

All our international deliveries are sent via FedEx. There is a nominal fee for this, which can be confirmed with one of our sales team via [email protected]. Please note, whilst we will ensure there are no extra shipping costs, you may be liable for import duties and taxes when the item arrives in your desired country.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

All our diamond jewellery is handmade. Depending on certain factors, production times can vary. However, the below list will give you a better indication of how long each item takes to produce

*All times quoted for producing our diamond jewellery are approximations. We will always endeavour to deliver within these times but as we are making each piece from scratch these times may differ slightly. We will always inform you of any changes. Diamond Heaven will not be liable for delivery times altering

WHAT IF I NEED MY ITEM FOR A SPECIFIC DATE?

First step our customers should take is check out our stock range. We have thousands of items in available with our ‘Fast Shipping’ service and can be with you within one working week!

Should you require your item for a specific date, please inform your sales executive at the point of sale in store or confirm via email with your order number if the order was placed online.

Please note, depending on specific requirements, this may not be possible. We will however keep our customers up to date.

CAN I HAVE MY ITEM SHIPPED TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?

Wherever possible, we always request that your jewellery is shipped to your billing address. This is the most secure method for our customers, and it also helps us to prevent any fraudulent activity.

V.A.T QUESTIONS

All our U.K and E.U customers will be subject to V.A.T at 20%. This is already included in our prices

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

DO I HAVE TO PAY V.A.T?

Our international customers are entitled to V.A.T refunds on their purchases.

Please ensure you speak to the store you are buying from to arrange your V.A.T exemption.

If you are buying from our website or over the phone and we are shipping to a country outside of the E.U, then your purchase can be made excluding V.A.T. Please contact us on [email protected] to discuss this further

SHIPPING & IMPORT DUTIES

Our international parcels are shipped via FedEx, please contact us on [email protected] to confirm shipping costs to your desired country.

Please be aware that you will need to pay any import duties charged by your country. We advise speaking to your local customs with the details of your purchase so you can confirm any import duties in advance.
