Customer Product InformationThis insurance is optional and will meet the demands and needs of a UK resident requiring insurance for jewellery or watches in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man plus up to 30 consecutive days elsewhere in the world any one trip.
The insurance is administered by T H March & Co. Limited, Hare Park House, Yelverton Business Park, Yelverton, Devon, PL20 7LS, and they are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This may be checked on the Financial Services Register on the FCA’s website.
In the unlikely event that you may wish to make a complaint, this should be directed to T H March. The complaints procedure is detailed in your insurance documentation.
It is important you read the certificate as this details the terms, conditions and any restrictions in cover.

Important notice: Whilst many home insurance policies may cover certain pieces of jewellery or watches we would advise all customers to check their policies closely. Certain household policies have restrictions on watch and jewellery cover, and may include limitations such as, no accidental damage cover, no cover outside of the home or cover for holidays abroad. They may also restrict your choice of jeweller for repair or replacement. In the event of a household insurance claim, you may be expected to pay an policy excess and any claims made may affect your future premiums.

Diamond Heaven’s story began back in 2004. Our mission; to provide the best service, value for money and an unbeatable range of fine jewellery to customers across the UK. Over 15 years later, this is still at the heart of every purchase made at Diamond Heaven.
From beginning with online retail all those years ago, to now having locations across the UK, we’ve come a long way from our humble beginnings.
Our jewellery is created in the historic Birmingham and London Jewellery Quarters, offering a selection of metals such as Platinum, 18kt white, yellow and rose gold. All our jewellery is full inspected and hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office.
Every diamond is hand-picked, assessed and independently certified. Diamonds come in a variety of shapes, so we have ensured that there is a comprehensive range of cuts to choose from. Whether you want to go for a classic Round Brilliant Cut, or a vintage Cushion Cut Diamond, we have it covered. Diamond Heaven buy diamonds from a modest 0.05ct up to an astounding 6.00ct, so whatever you require, we will find it.
Once your ring is cast and a diamond selected, it will then pass on to some of the most skilled craftsmen in the country. With over 50 years of experience, they will ensure that every delicate detail is double checked.
Finally, each piece of jewellery passes through our rigorous quality assessment system to make sure it reaches our customers in an impeccable condition. It is then placed into our custom-made ring boxes and presentation cases to add the final ‘wow’ factor.

We strongly believe in providing all of our customers with conflict free diamonds. All of our diamonds are purchased from companies who are members of the Kimberly process and ensure all our diamond suppliers do not sell blood diamonds.
The Kimberly Process is an international diamond certification scheme which was established in 2003 to stop the trade of conflict diamonds. The aim of the process is to prevent conflict diamonds from entering the diamond market, thereby suppressing violence and corruption caused by the diamond trade.
Under the system, all rough diamonds must have a certificate that guarantees that the diamonds are from legitimate sources and not from a conflict zone. The Kimberly Process requires governments, companies, and individuals to provide a guarantee that the diamonds are trade-free.
