Certain household policies have restrictions on watch and jewellery cover, and may include limitations such as, no accidental damage cover, no cover outside of the home or cover for holidays abroad. They may also restrict your choice of jeweller for repair or replacement. In the event of a household insurance claim, you may be expected to pay an policy excess and any claims made may affect your future premiums.

DELIVERY

All our diamond jewellery is handmade. Depending on certain factors, production times can vary. However, the below list will give you a better indication of how long each item takes to produce

Solitaire Items

Solitaire items; solitaire engagement rings, diamond studs, solitaire pendant- 2-3 working weeks approximately*

Multi Stone Jewellery

Shoulder set rings, Halo rings, bridal sets, trilogy rings, eternity rings, diamond set wedding rings- 3-4 working weeks approximately*

Diamond Bracelets, Bangles etc

Diamond Bracelets, Bangles and other multi stone jewellery will take 5-6 working weeks approximately*

Stock Items

Delivery for stock items is 3-5 working days approximately depending on your method of payment. Please contact us for further details*

*All times quoted for producing our diamond jewellery are approximations. We will always endeavour to deliver within these times but as we are making each piece from scratch these times may differ slightly. We will always inform you of any changes. Diamond Heaven will not be liable for delivery times altering

Diamond Heaven are pleased to offer all our U.K based customers free delivery on all jewellery purchases. We ship our jewellery via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery / DPD. Your item is fully insured whilst in transit and must be signed for upon delivery, please ensure that yourself or someone trusted can be present and sign for the item. Should you not be at the address at the time of delivery, then the package will go to your local sorting depot. A calling card will be left for you.

First step our customers should take is check out our stock range. We have thousands of items in available with our ‘Fast Shipping’ service and can be with you within one working week!

Should you require your item for a specific date, please inform your sales executive at the point of sale in store or confirm via email with your order number if the order was placed online.

Please note, depending on specific requirements, this may not be possible. We will however keep our customers up to date.

Our customers are welcome to arrange a collection from one of our stores. This can either be done at the basket stage of your purchase, or can request via email on [email protected] for your store of choice.

Please note: You will need to bring your order invoice upon collection and proof of I.D, or you will not be able to take the item. If a collection has not been arranged, then you will not be able to take the item. Collections are allowed Monday-Saturday. Strictly NO collections on Sundays.

Returns

In the rare event you are not happy with your item, then you are entitled to a full 30-day money back guarantee from the date you receive the piece of jewellery. This would also cover faulty goods. We also offer the opportunity for our customers to exchange your item, should you see something else that you prefer.

Contact us on [email protected] and let us know you would like to return your item.

You will be issued a return number; a returns form will also be emailed across for you to fill in. You may also include a covering letter if needs be.

Please ensure the parcel is addressed as following:

Your item needs to be returns in its original box and all original documentation. Failure to return the box or any documentation will result in a delay/deduction of your refund amount.

Once you have completed these steps, please send the item back to us via a reputable postal service or courier company. Please note, you are responsible for the returns cost and insuring the item for appropriate amount whilst in transit. Diamond Heaven will not be held responsible for any loss or damage whilst the item is in transit back to us.

Email [email protected] with the date of postage, along with the tracking number so we can track your parcel. Once we receive the item in office, we will confirm via email and proceed with the return/exchange.

*Please refrain from addressing the parcel with the word ‘Diamond’ being mentioned.

Once we receive your returned item, our Returns Department will check the item over before releasing it for a refund. If any item is found to have signs of wear, is damaged, resized by another jeweller or has been mishandled in any way, it will not be eligible for a refund.

If any items have missing diamonds or damage that the customer has no knowledge of, then the item will not be accepted for a refund. Our craftsmen are some of the best qualified jewellers in the country, and all our items are checked thoroughly before dispatch.

Once your return has been approved, please allow 8-10 working days for the funds to return to your account.

Bespoke items- Jewellery that has been specially commissioned will not be valid for a refund. There will have been multiple points throughout the commission where you would have had to approve cad designs.

Engraved items- Any jewellery that has had engraving carried out will not be valid for refund, as this has been personalised and cannot be re-sold.

Worn or Damaged items- Any jewellery that has been clearly worn or has suffered damage, whatever that may be whilst in your possession.

Diamond Heaven has been trading for over 18 years, with seven locations over the U.K.

All our jewellery is handmade in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter to your personal requirements.

Yes, we are members of the National Association of Jewellers, Birmingham Chamber of Commerce. We are also Assay Assured.

Stores

We are currently in seven locations throughout the U.K. Our stores are in Birmingham, London, Manchester, Glasgow, Cardiff, Leeds and Liverpool.

Our only store that requires an appointment booked is our London suite. However, whilst it is not necessary to book an appointment, if you have a specific item you would like to view, we recommend making a booking to ensure we have your desired item in store to view.

All our stores carry loose certified diamonds in stock for our customers to view, all certified, Lab Grown as well as Natural Diamonds.

Aftercare

We offer an extensive aftercare plan in our workshop based in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter. We can check and assess jewellery purchased from us free of cost, then regular polishing/sizing/repair at nominal cost.

Payment Options Available

We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa or MasterCard. Orders via this method can be placed over the phone or by ordering direct through our website. Credit card payments can only be dispatched to the billing address; if you cannot have this sent to this address then you will need to call us to discuss this.

For such a big purchase you may feel much more secure paying via bank transfer. No card details need to put into our payment system for this to be done. If you would like to purchase this way then follow through to our checkout process and select 'bank transfer' from the payment options. Once we receive your order then all the relevant details for the transfer will be sent out to you.

Please Note: No orders will be put into process until payment is received in our bank. On high value purchases for security, we may request that you make a bank transfer.

INSURANCE VALUATION

Every piece of jewellery purchased from Diamond Heaven will come with a professional appraisal, also known as an Insurance Valuation. This will state your chosen diamond specifications and the main aspects of your jewellery piece. Your valuation will state the current full value of your jewellery piece whether it has been sold at full price or if it is a sale item it will need to be insured for the full value. This total is what you need to disclose to your chosen jewellery or household insurance company. You will have peace of mind knowing that your jewellery will be insured for the full value with your insurance company of choice.

INSURANCE

We highly recommend insuring your jewellery with a reputable insurance company who will cover your precious pieces when worn out of the house in the chances of loss, damage or theft. We highly recommend T.H March jewellery Insurance and offer the chance to add this onto your order at checkout as your jewellery will then be insured from the moment you receive or collect it from store in a few quick and easy steps. Should the worst happen, you will have peace of mind with T.H March knowing you will be able to replace your diamond jewellery with little hassle and return to us directly for the same specifications as your original diamond or gemstone piece so that we can replace it like for like. OUR PROMISE

When you purchase an item of jewellery from Diamond Heaven, we want it to last you a lifetime.

We offer free lifetime cleaning and setting checks on your jewellery piece from us. It is important to pop into your local store for these services annually to have the setting checked and cleaned of daily residue and build up as this can cause issues with the setting over time.

Our friendly team are always there to offer help and advice on the best ways to avoid heavy wear and tear and provide guidance on regular cleaning from home in between store visits. This will also keep your jewellery pristine and let your diamonds shine bright. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR 12 MONTH WARRANTY

We offer a 12-month warranty with every jewellery piece, as we know it can be stressful when making a big purchase. We want you to shop with the peace of mind that we are always here to help. If you have any worries, please get in touch with us or pop into your local Diamond Heaven store with your jewellery piece so that a trained member of our team can visually inspect, advise and rectify any issues. We offer free jewellery assessments in our local workshop and in the rare instance of any manufacturing issues our 12-month warranty will cover this, we will then look into any repair replacement or exchange options where necessary. 

Please note the warranty will not cover any loss, wear and tear or accidental damage that has occurred while wearing the jewellery or while it has been in a customer's possession. We highly recommend jewellery insurance for further levels of cover in these instances.

Please note any alterations on jewellery items made by any other jeweller than Diamond Heaven will invalidate your warranty.

Our jewellery is produced to the highest industry standards and then undergoes internal quality control inspections and assay assured hallmarking.

ALTERATIONS & REPAIRS

If you need your jewellery resizing, altering or repairing please get in touch with us for an assessment and estimation. Please ensure you only have alterations made by Diamond Heaven to avoid any issues with your warranty.

After Care

Your journey with Diamond Heaven doesn’t end once you receive your diamond jewellery. We offer free lifetime jewellery cleaning services and complimentary annual setting checks on your jewellery piece to keep your diamonds safe and sparkly. Our friendly team are always on hand to provide this cleaning service in store while you wait, which can be accessed all year round in any of our stores.
